The Cubic Jogja is a new hostel with a homey vibe. We have a common area where you can meet other guests and the host. The host will help you with pretty much everything, from helping you arrange your itinerary not only for Yogyakarta area but for other cities too, booked your ticket or even share experiences about Indonesian culture, history, and all beautiful hidden places.
For now, we only have pod rooms for backpackers with air conditioner, WiFi in all areas and hot shower, equipped with towel and blanket. Breakfast is included and we will serve different menus every day.
We have a communal kitchen that every guest can use and share food and recipes with other guests. 24 hours FREE coffee, tea, chocolate.

Check in from 14:00 to 23:00, later than 23:59 will need confirmation.
Check out before 12:00 noon at the latest.
Payment upon arrival by cash.
Taxes included.
Breakfast included.
No curfew.
We do not accept customers younger than 17 years of age.
NO smoking in the room but have a smoking area.
Reception working period: 24 hours.

Absolutely nice hostel. Booked one night and extended two like everyone else. The staff is willing to help with anything , including the ticket to Borobudur. The only con would be the location ( a bit far from everything) . Also , during my stay, there were people talking on the phone early in the morning or banging things on the wood bed. But its not the hostels fault , more because some people are disrespectul.

It was very nice stay. staff is very nice and helpful. They always helped me whenever I had any questions. helped me to booka ticket to airport as well .. nice place. will visit there another hostel in Brandong next time.

Not bad, but not good. Small and weird location, not in a vibrant part of the city: prepare to take a Grab for everything. Beds nice, showers hot, breakfast included but overall everything was a little dirty-ish. Especially if you consider the fact that the staff is just sitting on their phone the whole day behind the desk, they could clean more. Staff is friendly if asked something, but bad english and don’t socialize and don’t have the right information about temples/transport etc. prepared.
