We arrived at the hostel but they apperantly didn’t have our reservation on file. We didn’t get a refund and were forced to find another hostel.

A well located hostel in the Russian tourist section of town. Facilities are a bit tired. One of the staff was very helpful. Best feature is the family run Quan An Hanh restaurant across the lane way. I recommend the seafood salad with a Bahn Mi for lunch!
