I really love the location and staff was kind, however there was a power outage which cause no having water nor AC and it was extremely hot so I think should have a plan B in those cases. Staff were too serious.

This place used to be one of the nicer, if not the nicest, hostels in Cartagena. The A/C is barely turned on, so the room with the beds feels EXTREMELY uncomfortable. It must be about 85 degrees F in there, which makes it so hard to sleep and relax. The employees kept saying they were going to fix the issue, but never did anything about it. The showers are gross, with a bunch of hair all over the floors. The showers also don't drain the water correctly, so you end up stepping in all the dirty water when you

Only good thing is location and some staff. We had a double bed in the dorm, our first bed the locker was broken so we moved, and then when we went for dinner we came back and someone had broken into our locker. Luckily we had our valuables with us, so we had to move to private room. Girl cooking breakfast was rude to me, breakfast ends at 10, she wouldn't make me breakfast at 9:59 which is so picky, she was so unfriendly about it, which is disappointing when the hostel is very expensive.
