Terrible experience, I left within a few hours. First I was locked out and had to climb over plants through a closed off enterance, then the staff were really rude and didnt speak english. They didnt give any information about the hostel or the city. There were lots of seedy looking people around including a surprising number of ELDERLY people. What kind of backpacker hostel is this? Overall didnt feel totally safe or comfortable. There was even a homeless person asleep out the front too

Its right across from the ADO bua station. The facility is cozy… key pad secured doors, they have 24 hrs reception, and it’s centrally located to restaurants and bars (it took me less than 10 minutes to walk to parque de las palapas and) I only stayed 1 night but would definitely stay again and would recommend it.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! The location is fantastic: a short walk to restaurants, groceries, and the bus station. Unfortunately, my room had a musty odor, the pool was too dirty to swim in, and the food was mediocre.
