Had a lovely stay here! Super friendly staff who went the extra mile to help with anything we needed. The room was spacious and great location. Would recommend!

Lovely hotel and owners. Came off the night bus from Ha Giang and they gave free breakfast and tried to get my room ready as soon as possible. Lady helped me with all my trips and transport also came out to the bus to say goodbye. Cheapest place to get transport to Ninh Binh. Only down fall was towels and sheets slightly marked and duvet in wardrobe wasn't very clean. Fantastic stay overall and perfect location.

The owners here are very friendly people! I'm happy about the location, and the included breakfast! Everything was GREAT - except the wifi didn't work on the 5ft floor where I stayed. Don't know why. Overall would recommend! they helped me with laundry too! thank you😊
