The property has been built using highly natural materials, native, such as walls made of straight-grained wood and isolating materials, central heating, solar panels (first system in Puerto Natales), low energy consumption, recycling system. Really lovely hostel. Quiet, clean, well decorated with nice spaces downstairs to hang out in and a good breakfast. Walking distance to everything - restaurants and the bus station. You can hire kit here for trekking and they will do laundry.

Stayed here a few nights before and after doing the O- trek. Was a great place to stay because it was very relaxed, quiet and had great breakfast. Water was warm, beds comfortable, and very clean. Check in was easy and they were helpful with any questions. Would definitely stay again.

Such a wonderful hostel. The common areas, rooms and bathrooms are all cozy, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast with eggs in the morning. But what really makes it special is the staff who go above and beyond to help! Karina was amazing as was the weekend manager (sorry didn’t catch her name) who stayed late to make sure our laundry was finished when it was our fault it wasn’t done earlier. We were so grateful for the above and beyond hospitality and highly recommend to anyone!
