The hotel design is clean, sleek & modern. All the decoration is current and custom made. Rooftop deck is comfy and a great place to chill and socialize. The small indoor dipping pool is at everyone convenience to use and is open 24 hours. Smoking only in the pool and rooftop area.
Rooms are mostly private rooms with private and shared bathrooms..
One 6-Bed Mixed Dorm.
ALL rooms have Air Conditioning.
Down load the GRAB or Maxim app for inexpensive and convenient taxis everywhere.
Lots of shops and restaurants all nearby. Excellent coffee shops and cafes, pubs and some unusual specialist retailers amidst the old Chinese shop houses, mostly built in the 1920’s and 30’s during the rubber boom.
Located just a merely 10 minutes walk from the gorgeous waterfront, and famous Carpenter Street restaurants.
Breakfast is self serve. Feel free to enjoy some: toast, toppings, bananas, cereal, fresh milk coffee and tea is free flow all day.
The hostel door is locked at all times. Only guest with access card can enter the premise with the access card provided during check in. CCTV cameras for extra security.
Keys with attached locker key is complimentary. Extra locker is chargeable at RM5/night.

Cancellation policy: 24 hours before arrival.
Check in from 14:00.
Check out before 11:30.
Payment upon arrival by cash.

Hostel is a quite cheap and special place to stay. Unfortunately, there is hard to find Chinese or Asian. I am only Chinese at the hostel based on my three times experience! I like hostel because I can meet the people form all of the world. Although my English is no good as well but I brave to use my broken English talk to ppl that I met! I learnt a lot from them.
青年旅舍是很好的体验！旅行不应该只是和三五成群的朋友一起玩！这样你永远不会成长！给自己一个机会吧！自己一个人出来看世界，你会被迫成为更好的自己。

The staff members were wonderfully friendly, offered many recommendations for food and activities in the area and responded quickly to WhatsApp messages when not present at the property. Thanks for having us!

Great place to stay at kuching. As above mentioned: good security you need a key cart to enter the premise and a key to open your rooms. Great location. Good facilities. Water is available for 1 or 2rm. As for negative feedback: 1. We booked one of the private rooms with shared bathroom and the only problem I would mention is that there was mold on one of the walls. We mentioned this to staff and they said they would take care of it. 2. The pool is out of use and is empty.
