Clean. Just a room with a bed. With shared toilets. No facilities. No kitchen. No common area. No events. The "common area" is just the unused 1st floor bar of the pub below that is closed to guests when there is a private event booked. This happened during one night of my stay, without any prior warning and I was unable to complete my work for the whole day. There is no atmosphere amongst guests. The area is good for connection links to other parts of London, but the area itself is very corpora

I liked everything about the hostel. i felt safe in the female dorm. it was clean. no one was making too much noise. the staff in the bar downstairs waswas friendly. they do 2 for 1 on drinks for people staying in the hostel. located centrally. would 100% recommend to anyone

We arrived on the 06/09 (Friday), obviously busy as it operates as a pub downstairs, we knew this, however the reception for the hostel is in the far right corner of the pub, we were required to wait around 5 minutes before someone could see us as they were all busy pouring drinks for their patrons, we had to squeeze through their patrons who were standing at the bar in order to confirm our details with the barmaid and check in, hard to hear her with all the chatter that was going on around us.
