Decent place to spend the night, the guy on reception was quite helpful and accommodating and AC in the room worked well. Rooms were fine and there is a little roof area which although a bit dark is decent for chilling in. La Ceiba is usually just a stopover to or from Utila and if that's what you're doing this hostel served the purpose pretty well.

Great perks of free coffee, biscuits and kitchen use. Have to pay for water refill.
Location is ok but have to get taxi to bus station or ferry.
Abit outdated and randomly designed rooms which leaves no space for your bags.
Front door open but there is a lady usually at reception. I would preferred a locked door considering the city.

Reasonable place to stay whilst passing through La Ceiba, but nothing too special. Would recommend 1 night as a maximum.
