#1 Mel was the bomb. I lost my wallet and she spent much time contacting contacts down the coast to try to find it. Really excellent. Five stars to Mel.
#2 free drink was great and but food was better and excellent - within a very very cool Monsoon restaurant. Loved atmosphere and service.
#3 rooms great. Clean neat and super for the price. Wifi system great and so very sensible.
#4 lack of visitors a sad worry for everyone. Hope it improves soon!!

Exceptionally good hostel. Rooms are pristine, kitchen is excellent. Loads of room. Monsoom Bar is great too!
Abundance of amenities both on site and off. Probably the best hostel experience I've had :). Thanks Rainforest Retreat!
