it was clear guidelines and easy to find the hostel in night and very near the viewpoint (walk within 15mins can be reached any viewpoint )
The free breakfast service is delicious and remarkable point of the hostel.
The room was clean and had a big locker for the luggage.
However the laundry machine took long time to wash cloths and no tableware & kitchen for cooking food is a bit inconvenient. The staff very helpful to give us two tableware for eating and help us plan the trip smoother.

I would say the most unique features of our hostel are the art paintings all over, the free walking tours and our garden. For fun afterwards our guests like to hang out in the garden, drinking and socialising.
We're suited for all kind of guests. We have three completely different room types, all in separated wings of the hostel, with dorms, private standard ensuite rooms and the deluxe rooms, which are on a three-star level. We also have annex rooms (third floor, no elevator) for two-to-three people with computer/TV/safe/fridge and private bathroom.
The Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, Galleria dell'Accademia, etc, are all within walking distance, but the one place I recommend to visit is Piazzale Michelangelo, about 40 minutes' walk from the hostel or reachable by bus in 15 minutes.
