it's a guest house not hostel, there's no facilities, no tour/information, it's run by a family, I'm sure they are nice but no one speaks english, not even basic words like ''today'' or ''tomorrow', very frustrating for tourists who can't speak Spanish

I had the best time of my trip at the Easter Island! And that is thanks to Nicole and her family making my experience unique as the island itself. I was picked up at the airport together with the rest of the tourist in the same flight (without any prior request - awesome service!). Then we got an introduction about the do's and don'ts on the island and had the chance to book our tours directly at the hostel. Something I would recommend to anyone as Nicole and her family are true locals living the Rapa Nui c

Run away from this hostel. Seen cockroach and so many bugs. Says 4-bed but actually it is 5-bed. NO WIFI!! Host lies to take advantage of the guest. Had a flight at 16:30 but told me I have to go to the airport at 12pm with the other guests who had 14:30 flight.
