No one ever at desk even when u ring the bell

Street noise can be loud but what do you expect being in the heart of firenze.

Overall it is very nice place. Great location, nice staff, and clean. My room is very small but well equipped. The drawback is that the place is on an old palace and the room window is looking towards a very busy street. There is much noisy at night because of traffic.
