Lovely host, very welcoming and made us feel at home. We enjoyed chatting with the host and other guests in the common area.

good to stay for one night and rest up, there was a tv in the room and a lovely shower! wasn’t a social hostel, but think that wasn’t the point of it. was clean and a very comfortable bed

We had a great stay at Hostal Jacob! The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and always around to answer any questions. The hostel is a 10 min walk to the bus station which is very useful as we did a lot of day trips from there.
