Pros:
- A beautiful view of the lake. The terrace is a great spot to relax by the lake.
- About a 10 minute walk from the main dock. Far away enough not to hear the noise from town, but close enough that it is easy to walk everywhere.
-Quiet at night
-Kayaks to rent for Q20/hour
-A few minutes walk from several restaurants and mini grocery stores
Cons:
- The shared kitchen has a cockroach problem

Very welcoming staff with incredible views right on the water, a little walk from the central part of town but not a big deal - it just means you get to see a bit more of San pedro. It is super close to a bunch of hot springs and numerous restaurants. Amenities simple but more than enough. The view from the entire hotel is... premier.

Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Place is a little difficult to find but it is really nice to be right on the lake. Only complaint is that the ceiling in our room had quite a few spiders (too high to reach) so we got some bites at night. Overall we had a good time and would stay again!
