We stayed 4 nights, two in the top “apartment” with a camera in the kitchen wich felt weird, two in the first floor

it was a clean room with air conditioning, nothing special but good location and it had the best price I could find, I would stay here again

It was fine. They left me waiting outside for a while before answering their phone, which was annoying. Not the best, but bang for your buck I guess.
