The staff were extremely kind. I called to let them know we would be late and they went above and beyond to make sure we got there and didn't get lost in the dark. SCREENSHOT THE MAP THEY HAVE UPLOADED TO HOSTELWORLD. The written directions on hostelworld aren't that clear but the map is. If you are approaching from the East (as opposed to from Fort William) the driveway will be a hairpin left turn so be prepared.
