The Riad Sidi Magdoul is situated in heart of the Medina of Essaouira, near the beach and souks. It is a bright and comfortable Riad, which offers calm and quietness only a few metres from the busy pedestrian streets of Essaouira The Blue.
The Riad is made of ten rooms placed on three floors around a large 'puits de jour', an open space in the centre of the Riad from which the light pours in.
A bright and sunny terrace offers a view on the roofs of the Medina.
Wireless internet connection (WIFI) is freely available.
Tax of stay and 3 euros per person per day
Location
The Riad Sidi Magdoul is located just a few steps from the picturesque port (parking with municipal attendant) and the vast beach, in the heart of the artistic and artisan neighbourhoods of the Medina, souks, restaurants, galleries, cafes.
We remind you that we offer individually negotiated taxi fares to all the major cities in Morocco (Agadir, Casablanca, Marrakech).
Example: Marrakech, Essaouira, 185 km, 2 hours 30 minutes long trip, 60 euros door to door (capacity 4 passengers). Contact us.

We stayed 3 nights and Amin and the other lady who helped us ( staff) were very friendly and helpful -
The Riad is very centrally located in the old medina and close to hundreds of shops, markets and the beach.
It’s reasonably priced, comfortable, has bedside lights which are often not in rooms, easy access to electricity for plugging in phones - we had a private room with bathroom
Highly recommended and our price included breakfast which was quite bready but lovely. You can ask to have egg

Dear Riad Sidi Magdoul,
I've put average on all the topics, because we didn't spent any time at the hostel finally. We arrived at the address, but the hostel was locked. Of course, due to corona virus. But at least some paper on the door would be beautiful. Morover because the door weren't actually signed properly as the hostel so one wasn't even sure whether knocking on the right door or on the neighbour's one. They look all the same. And even provided telephone numbers were unreachable!
