TERRIBLE experience. NO AIR CONDITIONER and FAN in the rooms. I was cooked in the room . There is only one person in customer service desk. They are very busy. There are always people line up in the customer service I do not recommend this location to any body . There is no locker in the room. You have to pay 4 Euro to use lockers in the lobby. I have never had this kinf of experience any other hostels around the world. I am travelling 20-30 time per year. This was my first terrible experience

Be assured, I'm not giving this place a 5 star rating because it's 5 star accommodation. It's not. I'm giving it 5 stars because it's exactly what it sez in the tin: cheap and cheerful. The staff are young, keen, multilingual and very friendly & helpful. There are security lockers for valuables, the bar's open 24 hours, the clientele are of all ages and nationalities, and it's right in the heart of the Reeperbahn. 1 star reviews complaining about the noise and strip clubs made me laugh out loud.
