On the ground floor of the Malù Surf Boutique Hotel, you will have a place of life composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a large living room and a sheltered outdoor terrace, to relax with family or friends. And the privatized Beach and its Cabin on the Beach with its hammocks, swings and tables.

We offers you for rent 3 ranges of comfortable rooms, all equipped with air conditioning and exceptionally comfortable mattresses from the 'Simmons' hotel line specially designed for you.

The Hotel's GCS apply to all bookings. Any stay entails the acceptance of the GCS and I R.

The management gives itself the right not to receive customers whose dress and/or behaviour is indecent as well as customers with noisy, incorrect behavior that threatens public order.

A 50% advance by bank transfer must be deposited to confirm the reservation. Payment for the remaining stay must be settled upon arrival. We accept the following payment methods :payment only by bank transfer or cash. An identity document will be requested from any person staying in our establishment.

If you cannot provide us with this document, we will be forced to refuse your room rental request.

In the context of an Interruption of stay, no refund will be made. Similarly, in the event of early departure, the stay is due in full. Delays in arrival or early departures can in no case give rise to reimbursement.

Any cancellation must reach us at least 7 days before the date of arrival. Exceeded this period, the reservation is due in full

No-show following a reservation is considered as the effective taking of the room.

The Customer will take possession of the room from 3pm and is required to vacate it before 11am.

Attention, in case of departure beyond, an additional night will be invoiced to you. If you wish to keep the room for an additional night, payment for the room must be made before 11am subject to availability.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel or refuse any reservation from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to a previous reservation.

Each reservation is nominative and cannot be transferred to a third party. Visiting rights for outsiders are strictly prohibited.

The tourist tax is included in the price of the reservation.

In addition, your room is planned for a specific number of people; to ensure the security rules of the hotel you must in no case accommodate additional people. Please ensure that the door to your room is securely closed before leaving the room or going to bed.

Prohibition: It is also absolutely forbidden to smoke in the hotel and the rooms for obvious reasons of safety and comfort (non-compliance will result in compensation of $200/stay to restore the room). It is forbidden to use gas appliances in the rooms, for example: stove, etc...

Animals are not allowed in the establishment.

The price, terms and conditions of the reservation are intended to sell hotel rooms according to their main purpose: accommodation. The hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel the reservation(s), as well as the rates and conditions if the
rooms are used for other purposes; such as parties, dinners, meetings, photo or video shoots, shooting of films or written or filmed interviews etc....(non-exhaustive list), without prior written authorization from the
direction.

The hotelier declines all responsibility for your luggage or objects left in public places.

Know how to live and respect others. We ask you to respect the premises as well as the decoration of your room. In the event of a problem, the customer will have to engage his civil liability and pay all the damage caused. The same goes for the disappearance of towels, carpets, pillows, duvets, etc...

To respect the rest of other customers, be careful not to slam the doors or make too much noise, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Any neighborhood noise related to the behavior of a person may lead the hotelier to invite the customer to leave the establishment without the need to carry out acoustic measurements, when the noise generated is likely to cause compromising the tranquility of customers . A hotel room is a place of rest. All trade is strictly prohibited.
