Stayed 3 nights and had a lovely stay. The room was spacious and clean, a bit dark (ground floor) but pleasant. Location is ok, 15mn walk to the centre and 6-7 from the public access to the laguna (20 pesos fee). The family is lovely, they let me use their kitchen (it's theirs, they don't have a kitchen for guests, so obviously we need to ask for permission and wait until they're done). It's not a hostel, so not a place to meet other travellers, but great value if you want a private room

Clean and a short walk to the lagoon.
There's no shared space which is sad. I felt mostly confined to my room as there was no space to hang out or interact with fellow traveler. I also prefer to have a kitchen to make breakfast or perhaps other meals. They told me that kitchen was their personal space, and I could use it if needed but it was increasingly awkward to be there with the family cooking their meals. It felt like staying at someone's fancy mansion and not a good hostel experience...
