Had a wonderful time at Hoianese Hotel but the best part of it was the lady behind reception, An. She was so welcoming, helpful and sweet!! Made sure I had an excellent stay and went above and beyond to find a specific bar we were looking for and it turned out to be one of my favourite nights so far! THANKS AN XX

Stayed based on reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Cherry was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. Everything is spotlessly clean and fresh but it’s the staff that make this place special. I was staying at another place but switched after experiencing a fraction of their kindness and hospitality when I met An and did the free walking tour with Cindy. Great place, great people, great value.
