Check-in and Check-out

The entrance to the rooms is from 3:00 p.m. In case of arrival of the guest before this time, a room is granted subject to availability.
The departure of the rooms must be made at 12:00. Late Check Out (after 12:00 and before 17:00) may be requested, by informing the hotel reception, with an additional cost of 50% of the applied rate.

Overselling and Contingencies

In the event that the hotel cannot provide the lodging service, the hotel will re-locate the guest in a hotel with similar characteristics, respecting the same agreed rate. If there will be any difference, the hotel will assume the additional charge.

Accessibility and special needs.

For any floor, it is necessary to climb stairs. There is no elevator.
For people with special needs, senior citizens, priority will be given to the first floor, at no additional cost, subject to availability, that is, we have rooms on the first floor available.

Parking lot

There is a ramp or arrival area for parking. If you leave your vehicle on the ramp, you must leave the keys.
Additionally, there is a Pension, with an additional cost of $100 Mexican pesos per car, per night.
