Our second a&o in Copenhagen has more than 200 modern rooms, all equipped with their own bathroom (WC/shower) and essential personal toiletries. The reception area and bar are available around the clock with helpful tips, tasty snacks, and drinks. High-speed internet is provided free of charge in all rooms and communal areas.
Our a&o is located just two stops away from the central train station, in the up and coming district of Sydhavnen. Thanks to excellent public transport connections, Copenhagen's sights can be reached quickly and easily. Harbours, parks, shopping, restaurants, and bars are all within easy reach. If arriving by car, there are parking spaces available at the hotel; it is best to reserve in advance.
We really love our inner courtyard as it's the perfect place to relax with a book on warm days. Those wishing to get active can let off steam with a round of table football or on our billiards table. For do-it-yourself lovers, kitchens and laundry facilities are available. There are meeting rooms for businesspeople and a co-working space in the charming Design-Lobby.
All you can eat' breakfast for just 88 DKK from 6:00 till 10:00 am (7:00 till 11:00 am on the weekend)

The hostel was just ok - its about a 10 minute metro from the copenhagen central station, which costs 24dkk each way. This adds up over the trip, so you’re not really saving money by staying here, and the hostel atmosphere doesn’t make up for it. There’s a lot of families with young kids that stay here and everyone kept to themselves, so it was hard to socialize. Then if you come back at night there is not much to do in Sydhavn where the hostel is located. You have to put the bed sheets on yourself which is

Loved my stay at a&o Sydhavn! The room was pretty clean (though the floors a little dusty and the duvet was a little stained) but for the price and in comparison to other hostels I’ve stayed in, this one was great!
The 6 bed female dorm was nice and everyone was respectful - I made some amazing friends here and was sad to leave!
Location was a little out of the city centre which was fine, as the metro takes under 10 mins to get there. Staff super helpful. I’d stay again!!
