Utamas Keramas is a hotel with a modern beach house concept located in the keramas beach area which is very famous for its beautiful beaches and waves.

One of the most beautiful beaches in Bali and become one of the favorite beaches of surfers from all over the world. Utamas Keramas provides three-star hotel facilities such as suite rooms with pool access and pool view complete with LED TV, Satellite Channel, Private AC, Hot & Cold Running water, Tea & Coffee maker facilities, etc. Of course, guests will also be pampered with several facilities such as a swimming pool, pool bar, sky lounge, tropical garden and other facilities.

Terms and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check-in from 14:00 to 23:00.
Check out from 05:00 to 12:00.
Late Check out:
➢ Late check out until 3.00 PM will be charge 25% from the booking rate.
➢ Late check out until 6.00 PM will be charge 50% from the booking rate.
➢ Late check out above 6.00 PM will be consider as extended stay at full charge.
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards.
Taxes included.
Breakfast not included.
➢ Breakfast will be serve in the sky lounge or room or swimming pool at 8.00 – 11.00 AM. If the guest order the breakfast obove 11.00 AM will be charge IDR. 85.000 / person.
➢ Breakfast menus can be order while check in at the reception.
No curfew.
Child friendly:
➢ No charge from 0 – 2 years ( infant ) sharing with parent on existing bed.
➢ No charge for children from 3 - 6 years sharing with parent on existing bed and free for breakfast.
➢ Children from 7 - 12 years sharing with parent on existing bed breakfast charge 50% ( IDR. 45.000 nett/ child ). For extra bed is full charged.
