The Rock Samui, the modern rock style hostel where you can spend worth time of holiday, nice and well decoration place in the budget. You can walk only 50 meters to private beach, enjoy the peaceful along the ocean. We are located at Lamai Beach area.
Our property consists of 5 bungalows, 2 family rooms, 2 private rooms with bunk beds and a villa. Some rooms have sofa & seating area. Each bed come with individual reading light, power socket, USB socket, bed linen with duvet, towel and locker. We also provide shared kitchen.
Things to note
1) Check in from 14:00
2) Check out Before 12:00
3) Reception working hours: 07:00 – 22:00
4) Payment on Arrival: Cash and Credit Card
5) Cancellation or amendment must be made 7 days in advance prior to arrival.
6) NO smoking in Room, but have smoking area
7) Extra bed is available with extra charge.

One of the nicest places I have ever been. I went to Koh Samui Island twice and both times I stayed at The Rock. Very clean and their compound area is so beautiful. They have a nice private beach and pool which is 24/7 accessible. Anyone can easily have a whole relaxing day without stepping outside. Some nice local restaurants and good super shops are within just 5-10 minutes walking distance. Also, as everyone has already mentioned how nice Jerome is, I guess I don't have to say it again :D

As soon as we walked in, Jerome was very welcoming and friendly. He gave us many tips for food and excursions. We stayed 4 nights without breakfast included, Jerome was nice enough to give us a light breakfast at no charge from a select menu.The room was clean and spacious and the AC works very well. The only “bad†thing I would say is that it is fairly far from all the hot spots but there are always taxis driving up and down to take you where you need. P.S. highly recommend Mr.Ungs safari tour.

This place was sooo clean and nice! The staff was super nice as well, and knew great English. The place was chill and low key for relaxing. The food from the restaurant was yummy as well! Only complaint is that there was construction going on at the building and they started hammering right above my room at 8 am. Would stay again!
