Great place. The most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on after a month in Japan, and a great hostel with friendly staff. The only issue is the lack of a kitchen; only a microwave and a toaster oven.

Good hostel with very friendly staff! Unfortunately no kitchen space to cook anything and not the most social atmosphere but a good place to rest up and just go at your own pace. A bit of a walk from the main areas and food stops but we didn't mind that too much!

My group and I absolutely loved Common de Hostel. I think it's the vibe and the staff here that made my experience in Fukuoka amazing. Tomo-kun and Moe-chan are super friendly, and they made our visit worthwhile. The hostel is tidy and clean, the bed is comfy, and the bar/library was a great area to chill and to relax. Location is about a 15-20 minute walk from more popular areas, but we didn't mind as it's quite peaceful. We would stay here again if we return to Fukuoka.
