The staff were very helpful and breakfast was great but the sheets were dirty and wifi was not working in our room. Also the water in our room stopped working so we couldn't shower, then we were told to move to a new room with a 'private bathroom' which was a shared one even though we had paid to have an ensuite. We were refunded a small amount to compensate for the issue (5% of our total booking price).

Overall, great location and excellent value for the experienced traveler. So much, I have renewed my stay for 12 nights.

Atmosphere was nonexistent, 2 of us stayed in a 13 bed dorm. No one was in the private room as it was available on hostel world so asked to change but the staff said we would have to pay twice for the dorm and private room which has not happened at any other hostel. The bathroom in this dorm seemed to be the communal bathroom for everyone and we were woken up to staff showering or brushing their teeth. The kitchen and location of the hostel is great however.
