Please note that your check in time is 1 pm and check out time is 10.30 am.
If you go for whale watching on the day of your check-out please arrange your luggage before departure as arrival time from whale watching vary from 10.30 am to 4.00 pm. In case if you are late, we may need to open the room to clean for the next check-in when the property is fully booked.
The maximum number of staying guests per room is illustrated in the room occupancy details. Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities, any third party visitors are only allowed access at our express permission.
All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests, neighbors and the owners at all times.
Cleaning and changing of bedding
We clean the rooms on your request. Please hang the relevant tag on your door handle when it is required.
We change bedding and towels on your request as we work to protect the environment and make responsible use of water – a limited indispensable resource. If you need to change them, please inform our Staff .
Beach towels
It is prohibited to take towels provided to the room, to the beach. Beach towels are available for rent (Rs 100 each/day).
Electric card
Do not detach the electric card from the tag.

The Internet access provided is intended for general. It is not intended or ideally suited for heavy media streaming, online gaming, extensive downloads / uploads.
Damages & Lost Property
We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimize damage and associated costs. Lost or damaged items will incur a replacement charge.
Any lost property, if discovered and found, left behind by guests during a stay will be held for a period of 1 week. While we will make our best efforts to reunite lost property with their owners we accept no responsibility in replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all their belonging before checking-out.
