In a Piece of Ground Hostel you will find the best chicken burgers, bagging veggie burgers, beer, mixed drinks, shakes, wings, pool table, good music, good food & good people.

South south south. We are located in southern Belize,...in Belize, southern most town Punta Gorda,...on the southern most lane in PG town. Southern Belize also known as the hidden Jewel boasts more cultural diversity than any other part of Belize. Here you will find Maya, Garinagu, Creole, East Indian, German Mennonites and Mestizo. While we are comfortably tucked away off the beaten path, in the back of town we are still walking distance to the towns center.

We are also home to one of PG's most popular eatery 'A Piece of Chicken', but it ain't just chicken, we make some banging ass veggie dishes as well. Its Been said that our chicken burgers are the best.… anywhere. Who are we to argue. So people usually come upstairs (the eatery is on the 3rd floor and its an open air design.. Check out some pics) order their food get a beer or stout, put their name on the 'who got next' board and play pool, or chess, or checkers, or get a table, or head up to the 4th floor sun deck and chill till their food is ready. Good music, good food, good people, good times.

Please understand that we play music and people are playing pool and having a good time in the evening, for most of the day and after 9 or 10 pm things are generally quiet, but those evening hours are lively and we would have it no other way.
