The room was quite small but came with the necessities and was very clean. However, I booked the room for a friend and I, and the bed was very small and a bit uncomfortable to share. The shared bathroom on our level was clean and spacious. The room also had a very strong floral/cleaning product scent that meant we felt the need to air out the room quite a lot which wasn’t a great

Only one fan to cool the room. At this price I would expect maybe a better cooling system. No Air conditioning. Otherwise fine overall, good location near trains and not too far from most sights.

Hotel St-Gervais was lovely! The room was small but well-equipped and clean. The staff were pleasant and the building was very quiet, which I enjoyed. The hotel is in a nice location right near the central train station in Geneva, and it's also near a lot of tram stops and the river, with plenty of food and activities within walking distance. The hotel was a bit old (as noted in some other reviews), and that meant that security was not quite as modernized as I would have hoped, but I felt safe.
