General Group Booking Terms
By making a group reservation through Hostelworld.com you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by Hostelworld.com and as set by the hostel in question.
- In order to make a group reservation on Hostelworld.com it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
- The booking deposit is non-refundable.
- Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
- Hostelworld.com are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
- Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
- It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
- Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.
Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions
The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card ???? Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.
The following group types are not accepted by this hostel: Holiday with Friends, Junior / Primary School, High / Secondary School, College / University, Business Trip, Stag/Hen/Bachelor Party, Sports Group, Cultural Group If you have misrepresented the type of group you are booking for, your booking may be cancelled by the hostel."
Any cancellations resulting from agreement to these terms and conditions under false pretences will result in loss of deposit.
However, if you're looking for a modern apart-hotel style of stay, then rest assured, we also have apart-hotel rooms available on our top floor with large Velux windows (skylight) providing beautiful views of the City Centre or of the Platt Fields park in front of us.
All rooms have flat-screen TVs, tea and coffee making facilities, comfortable beds (some rooms have twin-zip up beds) and come with free Wi-Fi and on-site parking.
Cot hire, Breakfasts and other Hotel Extras are available too.
We have a Board games hamper and a couple of bookcases available to keep you entertained during your stay. If you’re still bored, then there’s plenty of things to do and places to visit that we can recommend to you during your stay.
Want to relax instead? No problem, why not read a book from one of our book shelves whilst enjoying a quiet drink or snack from our Reception-Bar area.
The following section outlines the Key Terms and Conditions of Booking, as set out in our Hotel Policy.
Terms and Conditions:
All reservations must be paid in advance (within 48 hours of booking). We accept Bank Transfers (BACs, IBAN, Swift) or Credit/Debit card payments.
Check-in hours are every day between 15:00 and 22:00. To request a Late check-in, please get in touch with the Hotel. Fees may apply.
You must present an Official Internationally-Recognised Identification Document (ID) and a Credit/Debit card for the Pre-authorisation Guarantee upon arrival, in order for us to check you in.
A minimum of £30 to be held on your Credit/Debit card upon arrival. This is held for 10 working days before release. This is in case you incur any extra costs during your stay.
If you are unable to provide a Pre-Authorisation Guarantee, then you will be asked to leave a Deposit (by cash, card, PayPal or bank transfer) and you will need to provide your account details for the Deposit Return. Deposits returned between 3-5 working days, after Check-out.
Before 11am. To request a Late Check-out, please get in touch with the hotel. Fees may apply.
Your booking does not include breakfast.
We have a few different breakfast options available to order upon your arrival (and up to 12 hours before your breakfast). These can only be booked directly with the hotel.
Reception Opening Hours
Every dat between 10.00 and 22.00. If you have any questions you can get in touch with the hotel by phone during these hours, otherwise you can drop us an email.
Cancellation Policy & No-Shows.
Free cancellation for Standard Rate bookings up to 48-hours prior to Check-in date.
All bookings made using the Non-Refundable Rate are non-refundable at any time.
A ‘No Show’ is when a room is reserved and then not used but neither is it cancelled, on the day of arrival. The Customer will not receive any refund of the total amount paid, and if an outstanding balance is due, the Customer is still liable to pay 100% of the agreed price, where the Hotel will issue an invoice to the Customer. 浏览旅舍规则
