Because you are making a Group Booking, there are additional Terms and Conditions that apply. Please read them and click 'I Accept' below to continue with your booking

General Group Booking Terms

By making a group reservation through Hostelworld.com you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by Hostelworld.com and as set by the hostel in question.

  • In order to make a group reservation on Hostelworld.com it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
  • The booking deposit is non-refundable.
  • Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
  • Hostelworld.com are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
  • Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
  • It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
  • Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.

Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions

The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card 1 week prior to arrival. Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.

*7 días previos a entrada de la reservación (check-in)
Tiempo de Cancelación con 50% reembolso. -
*4 días previo a entrada de la reservación (check-in)
Procedimiento para solicitar y recibir el reembolso. -
El reembolso podrá solicitarse vía mail a reservaciones@posadadonmario.com, indicando fechas, número y precio total de la reservación así como número de cuenta, nombre y clabe interbancaria, en caso de tener cuenta de paypal favor de indicarla también.
El reembolso no será realizado en efectivo y será hecho con un mínimo de 24 horas a partir de la solicitud.
IMPORTANTE. -
No existirá reembolso si se solicita la cancelación 3 días previos a la entrada (check-in)

Additional Terms and Conditions

Te agradecemos de antemano tomarnos en consideración para hospedarse con nosotros, te pedimos leas nuestra política para reservación de grupos, cancelación y servicios extras que ofrecemos con descuentos especiales, que a continuación indicamos.
*Posada Don Mario considera grupo un mínimo de 9 personas en una estancia mínima de 1 noche.
*La disposición de cuartos se realizará a criterio de nuestro motor de reservas, la asignación de personas de cada cuarto será responsabilidad de la persona a cargo de la reserva grupal.
*Los servicios extras tendrán que ser pagados en su totalidad en el momento que se realice el pago de la reserva para poder respetar el descuento adicional y no podrán ser reembolsables aún con la cancelación de la reserva.
*No está permitido hacer ruido, fiestas o inquietar a algún otro huésped que no pertenezca al grupo.

Any cancellations resulting from agreement to these terms and conditions under false pretences will result in loss of deposit.

Posada Don Mario is a historical colonial house, located in Oaxaca´s downtown; where the internationally famous painter RUFINO TAMAYO was born.
We count with 9 rooms with private bath and 5 rooms with shared bath, each one with its charm.
Visit our terrace it has a fabulous view.
Our location is exceptional we are just walking distance to the top restaurants, most popular oaxaqueños designers stores, Andador Turístico (principal pedestrian street in the city), Sanchez Pascua market, bars, and some of the principal historic places like San Domingo de Guzmán´s church, museums, Cruz de Piedra, Carmen Alto, Cerro del Fortín, Benito Juárez´s house, etc.
