General Group Booking Terms
By making a group reservation through Hostelworld.com you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by Hostelworld.com and as set by the hostel in question.
- In order to make a group reservation on Hostelworld.com it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
- The booking deposit is non-refundable.
- Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
- Hostelworld.com are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
- Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
- It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
- Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.
Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions
The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card 2 weeks prior to arrival. Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.
Cancellation / No Show & Reduction in Numbers Policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival date. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the after 30 days before arrival. In case of no show, 100% payment will be charged.
Additional Terms and Conditions
1. Check-in Time: from 15:00.
2. Check-out Time: until 11:30.
Our Reception will be closed from 2:00 am until 7:00 am every day.
- Guests who check out after 11:30 will be charged at SGD10/hr
3. Full payment will be charged 72 hours prior to arrival day.
4. Cancellation Policy: All reservations require a full deposit.
1) Individual booking: The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival if the reservation is under a standard rate. The guest will be charged the total price if the reservation made is under a Non-Refundable/Promotion rate or they cancel in the 3 days before arrival. In case of no show, 100% payment will be charged with no refund applies.
2) Family Room Booking: The guest can cancel free of charge until 30
days before arrival date. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the after 30 days before arrival. In case of no show, 100% payment will be charged.
3) Age Restriction: The minimum age to check in is 18 years old.
4) The bed in 'Superior 1 Bed Mixed Dorm' is queen size bunk bed and can accommodate at most 2 persons.
5) Guests items/luggage should be kept strictly at their bed area or lockers under their bed (provided).
6) All items on loan to guests during their stay must be returned to any of our staff upon check-out.
- Missing items will have to be compensated by guests.
The following group types are not accepted by this hostel: Stag/Hen/Bachelor Party If you have misrepresented the type of group you are booking for, your booking may be cancelled by the hostel."
Any cancellations resulting from agreement to these terms and conditions under false pretences will result in loss of deposit.

7 Wonders Hostel @ Upper Dickson offers both private rooms and dormitories in a Sleeping Bunk Beds with own privacy curtain (Mixture of Single and Queen Bed), suiting every preference.
***Property Policies & Conditions:
1. Cancellation/No Show Policy: At least 3 days advance notice for free cancellation. In an event of a cancellation and modification within 72 hours of your arrival date or a No Show will incur the total night(s) to charge to the customer’s credit card. For Promotional Rate, Non-Refundable and Peak Season Bookings where discount rate or peak rates applies, a full amount of your booking reservations will be charged.
2. Check-in is 3:00 PM and check out time is by 11:30 AM. Early check in can arrange with additional charge of SGD5.00 per guest and subject to room and bed availability.
3. Payment upon arrival by cash and Card(VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX). Both cash and credit card mode of payment are accepted. Payment via credit card upon check-in, a 4% credit card surcharge will be added on the total payment.
4. No Smoking in the whole hostel
5. Reception working hours 0700-0200. Please take note that the Reception Operating Hours are only from 7:00 AM until 2:00 AM. Check-in will be cater from 3:00pm until 2:00am only.
6. In consideration for all guests, travelers with children below the age of 12 are advised to book into family suite rooms or book the entire dorm. An extra charge will apply for each additional guest per night stay. Complimentary stay given to children age of 3 and below.
7. We have Queen bunk bed in mixed dorm. Queen bed can maximum sleep 2 guests.
8. To maintain Travellers and Backpackers Hostel environment, our property does not typically accepts Local Residents, PRs', and Work pass holders to give priority to our guests visiting Singapore. For further clarifications or exception kindly contact us directly via email or phone before making reservation.
