Amazing! Lovely rooms, perfect location. Efficient staff. Just a lovely find. Only lost a mark because the shower got cold after 1 person showering on several occasions and its plain to see that's where the savings have been made. But seriously, just stay here.

We stayed in an 'ensuite' room. Simply false advertising. The bathroom is outside on a balcony with no window (just a grate). There was no hot water in any bathroom 90% of the time. If you want a hot shower you better be there in the afternoon. We showed up at 10am and the lady there acted like this was the craziest thing to ever happen. She made a huge deal of us wanting to leave our bags there until check in time which is a late 4pm. The staff were weird and very defensive. Total rip off!

Basic and not perfect, but does the job. Well located. Feels a bit run down and the cleanliness isn't there. Shared toilets are a disaster. We had a private bathroom so didn't have to use them.

Stayed in a deluxe private room. Really nice room. Great location. My only complaint would be no heaters or insulation anywhere in the hostel. It got down to 3 or 4 celcius when we were there. They do offer extra blankets though. Otherwise really nice hostel. Was promised extra breakfast options for the deluxe room but they couldn't deliver in the morning. Just don't offer it, it's not needed.

The noise! We stayed in a private room. The room is above a bar that's open till 5am with extremely loud music. The music from the hostel bar itself goes on till well past midnight. We stayed for 3 nights and I used foam earplugs, wax earplugs, white noise app on my phone, nothing was good enough to stop the noise. The rest was fine. The staff were good. Lui and Seb's walking tours are great. 10/10 to those guys. The primary concern of a hostel or hotel is a place to sleep. This failed on that.

Good hostel overall. They offered a BBQ, wine tour, or sandboarding with the room. The bbq was terrible. Bit noisy in the rooms. They've got a sign up saying tuk tuks are dangerous which is nonsense.no hairdryers to borrow. Won't fill up bottles so have to buy water bottles. Overall I would recommend though.

Good hostel. Good location. Bit of a party hostel but not so much that it's a problem for sleeping.

Double private ensuite. Pros: the staff were friendly, the reception area has a nice look to it. Cons: the photos are completely deceptive. Our room was dirty had plaster missing, mould on the ceiling, cobwebs, rubbish from previous guests under the bed and a very grimy bathroom. There was no hot water, it wasn't even like warm. Our duvet/blanket consisted of a hello kitty fleece which I wouldn't be surprised if it hadn't been cleaned. Location wasn't even that great. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HERE

Private double ensuite. Pros: very vibrant, busy and upbeat atmosphere, good for meeting and socialising. Free beer! Good tour operator. Good breakfast included. Cheap cash machine. Different event everyday evening. Very clean. Cons: noisy at night due to location, difficult to find a chill spot, quite pricey, mainly alcohol fuelled activity.

Pros: great location, good cleanliness, friendly staff, free beers. Cons: dull atmosphere as no social space, very noisy due to location, we left our room key on the desk as the member off staff was smoking, they were aware we had done so but upon returning our key was nowhere to be found, after the staff looked on cctv they found it had been taken by another guest. Passports were also kept in an unlocked drawer of the desk that was not always attended.

Private double, ensuite Pros: location ok, bed ok, room ok Cons: no noise insulation, staff allowed excessive noise in corridor at all hours, bathroom did not feel cleanest, mouldy shower curtain clings to you as you shower, no security for room key that you had to leave (hung in an unattended cabinet for all to access). I would not recommend this hostel

Private double ensuite. Room felt more like moderately priced hotel than hostel, well equipped (hairdryer, safe, toiletries, tea and coffee), comfortable, quiet. Very helpful, well organised, prompt email responses. Not situated near centre but tram stop right outside, day tickets €4 available from hostel, 15-20 journey without changes to Prague centre. Highly recommend.

Private double ensuite. Pros: cheapest accommodation in the city, free welcome drink, close to metro, friendly staff. Cons: not brilliant location, felt like a chain hostel without personal touch, coin operated computers, €10 deposit for hairdryer, personal ID as deposit for room key, bad sound insulation, rooms outdated, inadequate bedding. Overall suitable for a budget but would consider elsewhere if possible.

Private double ensuite room. Pros: good location, good price and good room. Cons: more hotel vibe than hostel, staff polite and friendly but no extra mile, no card payment.

Big city high rise hostel. Stayed in private rooms (both with and without en-suite). Nothing to complain about but nothing to rave about either. Don't go there if you wanna meet people or party. Otherwise does the job nicely.

Quiet hostel in the old town. Stayed in a private en-suite room, which was great... Can't comment on the dorms. Had to cancel a night at short notice which I did over email and the owner was very good about it. It's a quiet hostel so don't go there expecting to meet lots of people or party. Otherwise it's great.

Pros - good staff, rooftop bar Cons - a bit away from the beach and the bars, no atmosphere at all, the ensuit bathrooms in the 8 bed dorms are not the best, and a bit icky when there are 8 people sharing and the bathroom is actually in the room

Really nice hostel in a nice location. There is a small pool, and a rooftop terrace which are bonuses. I stayed in a nice 4 bed dorm - which was small, but I guess you could call it cozy. Friendly helpful staff. Quite a small hostel but no trouble meeting people.

It's somewhat of a party hostel, but the room I was in was quiet enough. The bar is the best aspect. There is also a pool table and a table tennis table. Good bathrooms.

The lady who runs the hostel is incredibly helpful and lovely. She organised my trip to Los Nevados national park for me after I called her from Medellin. She even changed my booking to the next night without even thinking about charging me. Exceptional experience. The hostel is quiet, so I wouldn't go there trying to find people.

A really comfy hostel, with lovely beds and dorms and fantastic bathrooms. Really easy to meet people there and to also join the excellent walking and bike tours of the city.

Really cool chill hostel. Really easy to meet people and there's also stuff organised from there like snorkelling etc. The barefoot (no flip flops) rule feels a bit icky when you're sharing toilets, but that's just that. Nice beds with curtains for a little privacy in the dorms.

A really nice hostel, which does lack a bit of soul, but makes up for it with good facilities. Pretty easy to meet people, and there's plenty of communal space including a pool. Rooms are a bit dark.

Cool hostel. Good for meeting people. The staff were super friendly and some were travellers themselves. Decent communal area for drinking/eating/watching TV together. Good location. The dorms were nice as were the bathrooms.

I think this hostel is mainly used as a short stay stop off point for Amazon tours. Decent crowd though, and a great location.

When I went there was only me and one other guy. The guy at the reception tried to organise a Pantanal tour for me, but it fell through on the day - probably not his fault, so I had to organise my own. I guess it's a decent place to stop being setting off to the Pantanal, but that's about it.

It's a big chain hostel and it feels like it. But this isn't purely a bad thing. Plenty of people to hang out with and free caipis at happy hour! In-house tour company will help with Iguacu falls tours.

Really lovely chill hostel that feels like home. Not great for meeting people as it's quiet, but having stayed at a big party hostel my first night in Rio, I'd recommend staying here and going out somewhere else. Super friendly helpful staff. Nice rooms and bathrooms.

Nice enough hostel but not great for meeting people. I stayed in a private room, which was huge.

Family run hostel - so it's small and quiet. You won't meet a lot of people here, but you can walk just down the road to bars or noisier hostels. I'd recommend staying here and going a couple of doors down to party. Lovely helpful owners who live on site.

Good atmosphere at the bar - easy to meet people. Can also organise tours to Sapa and Halong bay etc from the reception. I stayed in a private room with ensuite which was fantastic. The dorms seemed nice too, if a bit small.
