Mad House (previously The Local) has undergone a full renovation in late 2012. It is situated just two short blocks from the popular and vibrant Russian Market. Visiting cultural attractions such as Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum and The Killing Fields is made easier from the Russian Market area as both are closer, and will cost less to go on a tuk-tuk. Mad House is only a 20-25 minute trip from the airport.
