An Irish Guesthouse located in the wonderful medieval Alpine resort of Zell am See, 1 hour's drive from Salzburg.
We are located 7 minutes walk from the town centre, overlooking the town with wonderful views of the lake and surrounding mountains.
All our rooms have en-suite facilities, cable TV, radio and hairdryer. Some of our rooms have balconies with panoramic views. Buffet breakfast is included. There is a local Guest Tax of 1 Euro per person per night.
There is a small residents bar.
Summer activities include, swimming, watersports, cycling, hill-walking, paragliding, river-rafting and summer ski-ing. If you would like a more relaxing time you can stroll along the lake shore and then enjoy afternoon tea/coffee in one of the many Austrian Coffee Shops where the cakes are just sinful.
In the evenings there are many outdoor music events throughout the summer.
Winter activities include ski-ing to and from Haus Ashling. Glacier ski-ing in the nearby Kitzsteinhorn. Snow-boarding, Sleigh rides, Ice-skating or watching the local Ice Hockey team.
