When we arrived and check-in at 12/02 afternoon, we already informed the receptionist (Ciara) in advance we'll check-out at 13/02 morning 7:00am (because our plane flight departure at 9:00am). And the receptionist(Ciara) also help us booking the airport shuttle bus at 13/02 7:30. But the receptionist(Ciara) did not handover to the night manager, so we when we check-out we didn't take our key deposit($40) back. The night manager said that the refund will be back in my bank account, but until now
