* Check in from 15:00, check out before 11:00.
* Passport or ID (for Taiwan residence) required to check in.
* Stay five nights and get the sixth night for free during the low season (need advance reservation).
* No smoking in the room or indoor public area, only allowed in balconies (only available in room Green and Red).
* No pets allowed.
* No usage of the kitchen.
* NO DRUGS.
* Keep voice down at night, especially after 23:00.
* All properties are subject to damage compensation.
* Remove shoes at entrance.
Cancellation policy
* Full refund 14 days prior to arrival.
* 60% refund 7-13 days prior to arrival.
* 40% refund 2-6 days prior to arrival.
* NO refund 24 hours prior to check in date.
* Cancellation has to be made through corresponding email
